Jess Cervellon is a seasoned marketing and customer experience consultant with over 15 years of experience. As the founder of Open Late Collective and previously a founding member of Feastables, she specializes in creating customer-centric cultures and refining customer interactions to build trust and loyalty. Jess also hosts "Above the Fold" podcast, sharing valuable marketing and CX insights across various sectors.

Dillon is a highly motivated, outgoing, personable professional with extensive knowledge of partnerships, technology, e-commerce, and deeply passionate about the intersection of talent, marketing and technology. She has been working in enterprise partnerships for the last 4 years and currently manage's Yotpo's portfolio of agency partners and is a co-funder of Midcoast.
